Bringing the First Fruits –Then and Today
The festival of Shavuot has many names, with the main one being the Festival of the First Fruits.  In this lesson, we will learn about the process of bringing the First Fruits, we will identify the values that are connected to the process, we will learn about the Kibbutz ceremonies and we will also identify the values in the stories about the life of King David who was born and died on the festival of Shavuot.
